??? 在最近一期的Molecular Biosystems雜志上,化學(xué)生物學(xué)與生物技術(shù)學(xué)院的林碩、楊震和仲寒冰三個(gè)課題組合作發(fā)表了一篇論文《Characterization and development of novel small-molecules inhibiting GSK3 and activating Wnt signaling》。這篇論文中,作者首先采用斑馬魚(yú)模型篩選到了一個(gè)小分子GSK3抑制劑,隨后用有機(jī)合成方法進(jìn)一步改造這個(gè)抑制劑,最終得到一類具有新骨架的抑制劑,并研究了這些抑制劑在胚胎發(fā)育中的作用。論文信息見(jiàn)下。

On the latest issue of Molecular Biosystems, three groups (Dr. Lin, Dr. Yang and Dr. Zhong) in School of Chemical Biology and Biotechnology published a paper titled “Characterization and development of novel small-molecules inhibiting GSK3 and activating Wnt signaling”. In this paper, the authors employed zebrafish as a model to screen chemical libraries and identified a small-molecule GSK3 inhibitor, which was further modified by organic synthesis approaches to create new generation GSK3 inhibitors with novel scaffold.
