研究方向:
? ? 結(jié)合計算和實驗生物學(xué)方法來探索病毒的進化和發(fā)生機制,并將研究結(jié)果應(yīng)用于流行病的防治:1)利用分子進化和序列分析方法研究流行病的起源、傳播途徑、進化和種群特征;2)結(jié)合反式遺傳學(xué)方法研究流行病爆發(fā)的機制,包括病毒的宿主適應(yīng)性突變、種群瓶頸效應(yīng)、上位顯性等等因素;3)利用上述結(jié)果進一步研究病毒和宿主的相互作用分子機制,此方向目前集中于研究基肯孔尼雅病毒(chikungunya virus)3’UTR 的功能。?
