Anantin, GFIGWGNDIFGHYSGDF, the linear form of the cyclic peptide isolated from streptomyces, acts as an ANP receptor antagonist.

多肽的內(nèi)酰胺環(huán)肽的合成一般是利用Lys，Asp（Glu）的選擇性保護(hù)，在固相上直接環(huán)化。BOC策略中可以采用BOC-Lys（Fmoc），BOC-Asp（OFm），F(xiàn)MOC策略中可以采用FMOC-Lys（Aloc），F(xiàn)MOC-Asp（Allyl）。對于首尾環(huán)肽，還可以先合成保護(hù)的多肽，然后在液相中環(huán)化生成目標(biāo)多肽。
